Home to approximately 35,000 books, fiction and nonfiction alike, War Public Library is a haven to students, teachers, or avid researchers and readers. Directed by Frances Blankenship, War Public Library is located in Warriormines. Devastated by fire in the spring of 2000, the library has rebounded and thanks to the donations and generosity of others, has became a place of unlimited resources.

The library offers computers for use, fax machines, scanners, and copiers. The library can also be used as a public meeting facility. War Public Library also specializes in children's programs and book sales.
